Dear Community Supporter,

Please allow me to introduce St. Cyril of Jerusalem, a Catholic School and Church, actively involved in serving the diverse community around us.  At St. Cyril, we are eager to announce our upcoming Earth Fest community celebration on April 25th, located on our campus, in the heart of Encino, directly off of Ventura Boulevard.

Earth Fest is our approach to bring diverse students, educators, and exhibitors together to celebrate a common cause – students teaching their peers, and in many cases their parents, how they can ensure sustainable communities.  We aim to promote a healthy lifestyle for our community, while having a blast!
During this economic downturn, it is more important than ever that we come together as a community and pool our resources to reach out and touch the lives of others.  At this time we are reaching out to you in hopes of gaining your support in helping us give back.  We are looking for supporters that would be willing to become silent auction donors.  These donations may be gift certificates or actual merchandise.  All gifts will be gratefully acknowledged at the event and in a Silent Action booklet.  Please feel free to provide any promotional material you may wish to have displayed with your donation.

Earth Fest is a wonderful opportunity for vendors to gain exposure in the community.  With over 10,000 students and their families invited it is sure to not only be a success, but a huge opportunity for your business to gain exposure.

As a nonprofit 501c corporation we would gladly give a letter of acknowledgement to any business or individual for tax purposes in exchange for services.  We look forward to your involvement.
